Terms of Service for AIContent Studio

Welcome to AIContent Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIContent Studio add-on for Google Sheets™, which is managed by Pioneer AI Labs and developed by Timothy Biondollo ("us", "we", or "our"). By installing and using AIContent Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, do not use or access AIContent Studio.
1. Use of Our Service
AIContent Studio provides features that allow you to generate content using AI models from OpenAI and Claude. You must provide your own API keys for these services to use AIContent Studio.
a. Permitted Use: You are permitted to use AIContent Studio solely for your personal or business use within Google Sheets™.
b. Prohibited Use: You may not use AIContent Studio to:
Conduct or promote illegal activities.
Generate content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people, libelous, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the management of your API keys. You must ensure that your use of AIContent Studio complies with all applicable laws and terms of service of any third-party services you interact with.
3. Intellectual Property
a. Our Rights: AIContent Studio and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pioneer AI Labs and its licensors.
b. Your Rights: You retain your rights to any data you input into AIContent Studio and any content generated from it, subject to the terms of use of third-party AI services (OpenAI and Claude).
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to AIContent Studio immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers
AIContent Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pioneer AI Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use AIContent Studio.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
